Tank construction

Tank wall plates, edge and corner reinforcement, roof beams, and bottom and wall spirals. All bent tank construction products are delivered according to your specifications. We can deliver coated and preserved products, equipped with holes, bevels and stamps.

You come across bending structures everywhere you look including public areas. Bent sections for bridges, stations, and tunnel tubes are just a couple of examples. Most of the lampposts and poles are bent into the right shape. Van Rijsoort Bending is known for the enormous amount of structures it has bent for infrastructure projects over the past 115 years. Soon: Induction bending at Van Rijsoort

From summer 2019 Van Rijsoort is able to offer induction bending as well. After induction bending moved from the Dutch market a couple of years ago, the demand for professionals in this field is constantly rising. A logical step for Van Rijsoort Bending is to extend and next to the cold bending activities, also start with induction bending. These new activities will be done by Van Rijsoort Induction. Cold bending can be applied in numerous applications, but has its limits. And now we can stretch our limits with induction bending!

On our production site in Klaaswaal (next to Rotterdam) we recently started building a new production hall which is specifically being build for induction bending. With the largest 3D induction bending machine in the world, the tolerances on ovality and dimensions are as small as possible. We easily exceed the limits of cold bending with this additional machine.

With the ‘hardware’ on one site and the combination of our own engineers, calculators and production experts on the other side, we can offer the expertise and professional guidance you are used to.
